PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

We customize every workout to help you reach your goals. Our personal trainers help you stay motivated as we work to establish a consistent workout schedule. We design a fitness program that's structured to hold you accountable and create a lifestyle that encourages proper health and a positive well-being.

PERSONAL YOGA

An expert introduction to Yoga. After an initial assessment of your experience and condition, your personal Yoga teacher will guide you through either a gentle practice of basic Yoga poses. Best for beginners or You can choose Ashtanga or Vinyasa, which is more a movement-intensive practice. Suitable for intermediate and expert level yogis.

BOXING

Thai boxing or western boxingcan simply be a means of getting yourself into great shape, and it may even be the single most effective way to get fit. It incorporates all aspects of fitness including muscular strength, muscular endurance, speed and coordination, and will allow you to feel better about yourself in a number of other ways, including inspiring confidence, giving you more determination, focus and patience.

PILATES

Improved flexibility. increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body) balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body. Pilates is excellent for improving pelvic floor, reduce back pain, knee injuries and prevents arthritis.

REHAB TRAINING

We provide tailored and individual exercise programmes which are suitable for people recovering from injury or illness. These programmes are not available through traditional gyms or physiotherapy clinics, and are specific to each client. Our rehab specialists provide you with achievable goals and motivation to ensure your safe return to exercise, sport and wellness.

PRE/POST NATAL

The goal is to strengthening your body and most importantly your pelvic core muscles. Regular exercise pre and during your pregnancy offers a range of physical and mental benefits for you and your baby. With our pre/postnatal specialist you can exercise with confidence during pregnancy.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

If you can't meet us in person, meet online. We offer cost-effective alternative to in- personal training that is designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals faster than going at it alone. We offer you the flexibility to work out on your own time, exercise at home or the gym, and have a professional keep you accountable to your program. It allows you to explore more options not limited by location and choose the trainer that is the best fit for you. Our online programs are in-app programming and support, as well as video or phone calls with your trainer. The program includes nutrition plans.

Can't meet us face-to-face? No sweat.

If face-to-face training isn't accessible for you, you can still enjoy the trusted benefits of our personal and private health and fitness services. We've created fully customised and comprehensive online personal training, nutrition, and lifestyle training packages that can be reached at any time, from anywhere in the world.

How does our online personal training work?

Simply choose one of our 12-week or 24-week online packages incorporating fitness, nutrition and lifestyle programs. We'll then email you back a few important questions about your health and your goals.

You'll be paired up with a top FitnessU online personal trainer who'll create a personalised program designed to meet your aspirations. We'll look at your brain chemistry, overall state of health, and any lifestyle habits or preferences that could be standing in the way of your goals.

Your tailored online fitness program will be emailed to you every week, including photos and/or videos demonstrating all cardio, weights and recovery sessions that cater to your specific needs and targets. You'll also receive a weekly meal plan full of recipes and tips, and support you in incorporating it into your daily life to complement and optimise your fitness results. It's super convenient and easy!


Further than fitness

Our additional areas of support and guidance bring together a complete health and wellness program aimed at improving your lifestyle. Not that you have to participate in these - if you're only after straight fitness training, that's no problem.

Nutrition consultation

Conducted by clinical dieticians, our nutrition programs will completely reinvent the way you think about food, supporting optimum body health and weight management. We'll take a close look at your lifestyle, eating habits, health concerns, and medical history, and work together to build a nutrition plan that suits your needs, goals and preferences. You'll not only be advised on feel-good foods, but also vitamin and mineral supplements, composed in tailor-made, easy-to-follow plans of action.

Life coaching

Life coaching gives you a personalised and practical roadmap to living the life you really want. Your life coach will provide ongoing support, focus and motivation to help explore, clarify and achieve your ambitions. For more about our life coaching program, please visit www.lifecoach.hk.

Your health is our mission

We're here to give you the guidance and support you need to take control of your health through exercise, nutrition, or even life coaching (and to make sure you use them!). Just you and your fitness trainer, with no travel time, busy gyms or studios, distractions, or interruptions.

We'll first have a chat about your needs, and assign you a suitable fitness trainer or instructor. With their guidance, you'll be able to choose from a variety of personal training programs and services, which can be changed up at any time so you're always moving forward and never bored. Our team at FitnessU HQ will make sure there's always a great substitute on hand if your personal trainer becomes indisposed for any reason, and we'll conduct ongoing reviews, assessments and follow-ups to monitor and optimise your progress.
