We're here to give you the guidance and support you need to take control of your health through exercise, nutrition, or even life coaching (and to make sure you use them!). Just you and your fitness trainer, with no travel time, busy gyms or studios, distractions, or interruptions.

Want to hear a bit about how we work?

We'll first have a chat about your needs, and assign you a suitable fitness trainer or instructor. With their guidance, you'll be able to choose from a variety of personal training programs and services, which can be changed up at any time so you're always moving forward and never bored. Our team at FitnessU HQ will make sure there's always a great substitute on hand if your personal trainer becomes indisposed for any reason, and we'll conduct ongoing reviews, assessments and follow-ups to monitor and optimise your progress.

As fitness people, of course, we're all about flexibility! You can combine and customise any of these programs, or just stick with one favourite. It's totally up to you.

Fitness training

Improve your strength, stamina, muscle tone, weight control, and more, with the latest fitness training techniques.

Thai boxing

Improve your speed, resistance, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility. and reflexes with Thailand's national sport, and one of the most fun forms of fitness. Sparring and jogging while you punch bring strength and power to your legs, while encouraging the movement of your joints.

Yoga

Become more in touch with your inner and outer body, while achieving therapeutic mind stillness. One-on-one attention from our private yoga instructor means you can develop and enhance your techniques at your own pace.

Pilates

Boost your flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination through Pilates – the world-renowned body conditioning routine that effectively works the mind and muscles together.

Aqua fitness

Our aqua fitness classes are great fun and involve all the exercises you'd expect from a dry land workout, but with the added benefits of water, like extra overall body support, and less stress on your joints and muscles.

Zumba

Easy to follow, Zumba incorporates dance elements from hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, Bollywood, and belly dance. The enjoyment factor on top of its cardio elements, resistance training, and body sculpting movements make it a popular fitness choice.

Family fitness

Sharing the workout can only make it more fun, supportive and motivating. Our family training sessions are a fantastic way to spend rewarding and quality time with your most precious people, while safeguarding their health. Our variety of family fitness encompasses everything from Zumba, to boot camp, to Pilates, to Thai boxing, to Yoga, to aqua fitness – all in the comfort of your family home.

Rehab training

If you've been through a recent injury, illness, or experience chronic pain, our specialised and qualified rehabilitation trainers will help you work your way back to a healthier and more active lifestyle while preventing further injuries. We'll also screen movement patterns to make sure you can complete your daily tasks without pain or limitations.

Pre- and postnatal fitness

Enhanced strength and flexibility contribute to a positive delivery experience for expectant mums, and an easier recovery. Our customised pregnancy fitness training will alleviate your aches and pains, improve your mood and sleep patterns, reduce tension, anxiety, and fatigue, and increase your muscle tone and energy levels, bringing you to your peak level of fitness for that life-changing delivery. Or, if you've just given birth, our personal trainers will safely and effectively help you lose excess weight and get your tummy back in shape.


Further than fitness

Our additional areas of support and guidance bring together a complete health and wellness program aimed at improving your lifestyle. Not that you have to participate in these - if you're only after straight fitness training, that's no problem.

Massage therapy

Sports massage is targeted at relieving muscle tension and soreness, reducing recovery time between workouts, maintaining muscle strength and flexibility, treating minor ailments that may otherwise escalate, and preventing injuries. On top of that, massage therapy is a great way to combat stress and soothe the mind as well as the body.

Nutrition consultation

Conducted by clinical dieticians, our nutrition programs will completely reinvent the way you think about food, supporting optimum body health and weight management. We'll take a close look at your lifestyle, eating habits, health concerns, and medical history, and work together to build a nutrition plan that suits your needs, goals and preferences. You'll not only be advised on feel-good foods, but also vitamin and mineral supplements, composed in tailor-made, easy-to-follow plans of action.

Life coaching

What are the costs?

Fitness training packages

Choose from any of our personal training packages (excluding rehab training), or combine any number of them.

4 sessions:   HK$750 per session (total HK$3000 *)

10 sessions: HK$720 * per session (total HK$7200 *)

15 sessions: HK$690 * per session (total HK$10,350 *)

25 sessions: HK$680 * per session (total HK$17,000 *)

Don't have PayPal or a credit card?

If you'd like to sign up for one of our FitnessU personal training packages, but don't want to pay by PayPal or credit card, no problem. Please contact us for alternative payment arrangements.

Prefer to warm up with a one-off session?

Getting the most out of our personal training programs is best achieved through a series of sessions, but we do offer single sessions at a cost of HK$850 per session (excluding rehab training). Please get in touch with us for more details.
